FeMax™
An iron true solution to avoid iron deficiency chlorosis.
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:
Iron (Fe) 4.0%
4.0% Chelated Iron
Derived from ferrous sulfate chelated with PolyAldoCarbosate®.
SUGGESTED FOLIAR RATES:
For concentrated sprays (in 30.0 gal water/ac or less), apply up to 2.0 qt/ac.
For dilute sprays (above 30.0 gal water/ac), apply up to 1.5% (v/v), or up to 4.0 qt/ac.
Multiple applications may be required.
SUGGESTED SOIL/FERTIGATION RATES:
The number and frequency of applications determine application rates.
Apply up to 1.0 gal/ac/application.
Multiple applications may be required.
If applied via irrigation system, always apply toward the end of an irrigation cycle.
BENEFITS:
- A great choice for treating iron deficiency chlorosis (IDC), which is often observed on crops growing in soils with high levels of bicarbonates (often in alkaline soils); salinity and poor aeration (e.g., waterlogged soils) will exacerbate the condition.
- Delivers PAC-chelated iron to rapidly and efficiently penetrate the cuticle for maximum nutritional benefits.
- Iron is important for chlorophyll production, photosynthesis, respiration, nitrogen metabolism, and helps crops fight the effects of stress.
IRON DEFICIENCY:
Iron deficiency typically shows up first in terminal leaves. Signs include interveinal chlorosis of young foliage, where veins remain green, twig dieback, and stunted growth.
